2000 Sunseeker 235S by Forest River in Adamsville, Tennessee For Sale

I bought this 24' RV to make trips to Florida while remodeling the home we bought. I have made 4 trips & no longer need the RV now.
It has 1 slide, a TV & receiver, stove, microwave, gas/electric refrigerator, generator, it sleeps 6 (the sofa makes a bed, the dinette makes a bed, and there is an over the cab bed) and it has lots of storage. Everything works except steps.
It has xxxx0 miles and runs & drives good. I would not hesitate to go anywhere in it. It is small enough to drive in city traffic and gets about 10 - 13 MPG. It is a used vehicles so you can expect some imperfections. It has a cracked windshield & some cosmetic flaws.
I am selling it well below NADA book.
