Puppy has been wormed and has had first, and second shots.
Puppy did not have his tail clipped, they said he was to old , and that it would have to be done when he is older. Right now I would say he weighs about 6 lbs. Both mother and father are CKC registered, and I own both. Puppy's CKC papers are in his health record book. Puppy was born on 11/26/12. Please call if any questions.
